Before each round, the server commits to a secret seed by publishing its SHA-256 hash. That hash can't be reversed, so it can't be tuned after the fact — but once the round ends, revealing the original seed lets anyone confirm the hash matches.

Result = SHA256(serverSeed-clientSeed-nonce) → first 13 hex chars → integer → divided into the crash formula. Same inputs always produce the same crash point.
